About Chef Stephen

Stephen, originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland is classically trained in Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with 6 years’ experience in Michelin star restaurants in Northern Ireland and other prestigious restaurants and 5 star hotels around the world including Switzerland, France, South Africa and Australia.

An opportunity arose to spend a season as a chef in a private chateau in the Swiss alps and so began Stephan’s career as a private chef and personal chef. For the past 15 years he has had the opportunity to work for or cook for at least twelve different royal families throughout the world, European, African, Middle-Eastern and Asian.

Through these experiences, Stephen has worked in many different environments, from a small cottage in the Scottish Highlands to a castle on the Irish coast, a palace in the Moroccan countryside as well as a private Boeing 777 and one of the largest yachts in the world.

Stephen has had the opportunity to work for senior figures within global banking, finance, film industry as well as multiple heads of state including the current British Prime Minister and Qatari royal family.

Alongside being a private and personal chef, Stephen has also been a brand ambassador and chef demonstrator for high end kitchen appliance companies including, Gaggenau, Neff, Aga and Baucknecht.
