About Chef Stephen
Stephen, originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland is classically trained in Le Cordon Bleu, Paris with 6 years’ experience in Michelin star restaurants in Northern Ireland and other prestigious restaurants and 5 star hotels around the world including Switzerland, France, South Africa and Australia.
An opportunity arose to spend a season as a chef in a private chateau in the Swiss alps and so began Stephan’s career as a private chef and personal chef. For the past 15 years he has had the opportunity to work for or cook for at least twelve different royal families throughout the world, European, African, Middle-Eastern and Asian.
